Shea butter

Shea butter is one of the most beneficial botanical butters found in nature. This butter, also called the African gold, is obtained from the fruit of the shea tree (lat. – Vitellaria paradoxa). African women have used this valuable butter in their skincare routines already since the times of Cleopatra and here it is still a valuable cosmetic for body moisturising, skin and hair protection from the burning sun and hot, dry winds of the African deserts and savannahs.
Shea butter is a wonderful moisturiser and a skin-softening agent that regenerates the skin and prevents it from premature aging. It deeply penetrates into the skin providing a long-lasting nourishment and protection, leaving you with a velvety-feeling skin.
Due to the highly valuable properties, we’ve generously added this butter to a number of our skincare and body treatment products, as well as lip and hair care cosmetics. STENDERS uses only pure, 100% natural shea butter which has travelled from an African village to one of the leading Swedish laboratories, finally arriving at the hands of STENDERS specialists. Using a special technology, we have carefully treated the butter to make it easy to use both in its pure form and as a valuable ingredient in our cosmetics. 

Wild rose extract

Rosa Rugosa is a wild rose native to Eastern Asia, however nowadays it widely blossoms in the area of temperate climate zone of the northern hemisphere. This rose is a dense suckering shrub with short prickles, corrugated leaflets and delicately ruffled petals. It is a costal plant often growing on sand dunes. It purposefully adapts to ever-changing weather conditions and protects itself from the unpredictable costal winds. Rose can withstand periods of dryness and the elements of the wilderness, again and again coming into bloom as the spring comes.
Due to the beneficial properties this very rose possesses, we have added the wild rose flower extract to the composition of the moisturising skincare products created by STENDERS for deep and powerful care of your beauty.
Rose flower extract is obtained from rose buds and it possesses skin moisturising and soothing properties, therefore it effectively cares for even particularly sensitive and mature skin. It deeply softens, leaving the skin feeling smooth and supple allowing you to feel its rose petal tenderness in each touch.
