Kaolin clay

Kaolin clay is used in skincare and cosmetic formulations due to its beneficial effect on dry and sensitive skin. Because kaolin clay is gentler on the skin than other types of clay, you can also use it as an exfoliant. Kaolin clay has purifying, remineralising, blood circulation stimulating and anti-ageing properties. It provides the skin with gentle peeling, reduces excess oil and smooths your skin.
