DELIVERY OPTIONS
Deliveries will be made between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), we ask for a contactless signature* to be required upon all deliveries. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to, or canceled.
Standard Delivery: $7.90 (Free for orders over $79.00) estimated delivery within 3-5 business days for metro,3-7 business days for regional.
Express Delivery: $14.95 estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
ORDERS CONTAIN AEROSOLS & EAU DE TOILETTES
If the item(s) in your order are declared as an aerosol(s) or Eau De Toilette(s) they require some extra care when packaging. Please note these orders will not qualify for SAME DAY or EXPRESS DELIVERY.

Orders placed are typically eligible todispatch within 48hours of next business day.
DISPATCH DELAYS
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be dispatched during busy periods including Christmas and sale events, Following dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information, if you don’t receive tracking details please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. Once your order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, we advise you take into current Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable beyond STENDERS AUSTRALIA reasonable control.
Important note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times during peak sale periods;due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond STENDERS AUSTRALIA reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia and so we follow all VIC Public Holidays. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and the next available order processing business day (Monday – Friday).
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a contactless signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This will be where the driver deems appropriate. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
USING A DISCOUNT CODE
Item(s) bought on sale or with the use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
